Last updated: October 17, 2026. Theater Haven is an independent online retailer of home theater seating, living-room furniture, entertainment furnishings, and home accents. We source products through participating suppliers and fulfillment partners.
New, used, refurbished, or other condition
Product condition should be stated accurately on the individual product listing. A listing must not be assumed to cover refurbished, open-box, used, or new-condition merchandise unless that condition is identified for the particular item. If a listing does not clearly state the condition you need to confirm, please contact us before ordering; we can check the specific product information with the supplier.
Authenticity and manufacturer information
We aim to describe products using the correct product name, brand, supplied specifications, and available images. A brand name or manufacturer reference identifies the product or its reported maker; it does not, by itself, mean Theater Haven is owned, sponsored, endorsed, or formally authorized by that brand. Specific manufacturer or authorized-dealer relationships should only be relied upon when expressly documented for the relevant supplier and product.

If you need confirmation of product condition, manufacturer identity, provenance, authorized-dealer status, warranty eligibility, or where an item ships from, email help@theaterhaven.com with the exact product link before purchase. We will provide the information available for that item, or explain when we cannot confirm it.
