Open your secure Theater Haven order history using the email associated with your purchase. Review the order status and available tracking details, which depend on supplier processing and the delivery carrier.

2. Review your email

Check your order confirmation and any subsequent shipping or delivery notifications. Large furniture or scheduled freight deliveries may use carrier-specific contact or appointment instructions.

3. Need tracking assistance?

If your delivery is late, a tracking link is missing, or you need help scheduling freight delivery, contact Customer Service with your order number, product, and delivery ZIP code. We will investigate with the fulfillment partner when necessary.
